"Rooted, Not Fragile: A Prayer to Anchor an Anxious Heart" — read by Joel Dave

Heavenly Father, I come before You not with fear, but with the quiet confidence of a child who knows he is held. As I breathe in, I release every doubt that whispers I am not enough. As I breathe out, I anchor myself in Your truth — that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, chosen, and loved before I ever did a single thing to earn it.

I speak this over my life: my faith is not fragile, it is rooted. Like a tree planted by streams of water, I do not wither when seasons change — I grow deeper, because You are the water and the soil and the sun. When my mind races toward worry, I choose now to redirect it toward trust. When my heart feels distant from You, I choose now to draw near, believing You are already near to me.
